Return and Replacement Policy

Transparency and security are guaranteed during your online shopping experience at Casa Kriti. We take great care in delivering our products. As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. Please do refer to our Return Policy for your understanding.

We have a 10-day return/replacement policy, which means that if you receive a damaged or wrong product you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return/replacement. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

A product is only eligible for return/replacement under the following conditions:

  • A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
  • If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.
  • If the product is received in a damaged condition.
Note: Inspect your order upon reception, record an unboxing video and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Return Process:

1. Please raise a Return Request within 10 days of delivery by mailing our Customer Service at support@casakriti.com

2. You will be asked to mail a good quality picture/video of the received product clearly depicting the issue (in case of damaged/defective/wrong product) along with your order details to support@casakriti.com. Our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.

3. We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organising a pickup.

4. Once the product is back at our warehouse, the refund process will get initiated within 7 days of receiving it.

Replacement
You can also to get a product replaced if you received a defective/damaged product. Replacement request should be raised within 10 days of delivery by mailing our Customer Service at support@casakriti.com. Replacement will be possible subject to the availability of the product. 

Points to Remember:

  • Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc.
  • Product should be unused and in the original condition.
  • Casa Kriti reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product before issuing a refund. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit.
