Casa Kriti is a proudly Made in India brand. Every Indian state/city has its own art form. We aim at bringing all these art forms right to your doorstep in the form of Home Décor products.
How do you make the products?
We curate all these master pieces directly from artisans who have mastered the art with years of practice. Our curation takes place after investing an unusual amount of time and energy on research of the ongoing trends and finding the master artisans.
Who makes these products?
Most of the products on our website are hand crafted by the artists, thus no two products are alike.
How sustainable are you?
No bubble-wrap even for the most delicate items, that’s how sustainable we are.
Are your products safe to eat in?
Yes all our products are safe for food.
Can I wash the products in a dishwasher?
Most of our tableware items are made with love and hands, so they just love the touch of hands. No dishwashers please.
Can the items be washed with soaps?
Yes you can use soaps, but remember they need “love”, so please avoid harsh soaps.
How to retain the shine of the products?
Ageing is a natural process, the shine will reduce after years of use, but we can retain the shine. Just rub them with coconut, olive or sunflower oil and leave them overnight.
How to clean the metallic products?
Wash the metallic products after use, you can use soaps, but make sure not to leave them wet for long, wipe with a soft cloth immediately after wash.
I want to make some changes to my order, how to do that?
To make any changes to the order, write us an email with your order ID in the subject. We will try to fulfil your request if your order is not yet dispatched. To cancel the order read our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
How to track my order?
After your order will be shipped we will share with you a tracking link. You can use that link to track your package.
What if I receive a broken product?
We have a 10-day return policy, which means that if you receive a damaged or wrong product you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement. Read our Return Policy to know more.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, along with UPI or PayTm Wallet.
What are the shipping charges and/or are there any addition charges?
No additional charges, delivery is absolutely free for orders above Rs. 1000.
